Why is a disc repair machine being sold as refurbished?

This machine was previously used in field tests, was a demo model used at trade shows, or was pre-owned and applied towards trade credit.

The FACTORY REFURBISHED ECO-Auto Smart comes with a one-year warranty and has been re-built and certified by our factory-trained technicians. The machines may have minor blemishes, but their functionality remains unaffected. Prior to sale, all machines are cleaned, quality checked, and tested. Trade-in machines have been rebuilt and any questionable or worn parts are replaced. Additionally, all service work has been completed and certified at our Illinois facility or by our parent company, ELM Japan.
