MACHINES AND PARTS SENT TO ELM USA FOR SERVICE AND REPAIR: ELM USA will make every effort to complete repairs within a reasonable timeframe, with most repairs finalized and shipped back within 15 business days following owner approval. However, it is important to note that ELM USA does not guarantee the duration required for service repairs. Additionally, all service parts and labor are warranted for a period of 90 days.

ABANDONED MACHINES AND PARTS IN SERVICE: ELM USA will make every reasonable effort to reach out to customers once their machine is ready. Full payment is required prior to shipping unless alternative arrangements have been established with ELM USA. Any parts or machines left in service for over 90 days without written communication will be deemed abandoned. ELM USA is not liable for any abandoned machines or parts. In accordance with applicable laws, ELM USA may dispose of your product and has the right to sell it at a private or public sale to cover any outstanding service fees. ELM USA retains its statutory and other lawful liens for any unpaid charges, including diagnostic fees.

TELEPHONE AND EMAIL SUPPORT: ELM USA provides support at no cost. However, the company does not assume liability or offer warranties for any parts if the customer damages their equipment. Furthermore, ELM USA is not liable for any work performed by the customer when consulting with our technical support staff via telephone or email.
