ELM USA operates out of Buffalo Grove, a suburb of Chicago. Founded by Jeff Kao and the late Mike Ruffolo, the company is guided by our parent organizations in Japan. With more than 20 years of experience in disc repair technology, Jeff, our Company President, has been involved since the industry's inception.

The Sales team, led by Sales Manager Michael Rozner, is dedicated to assisting ELM ECO customers. Mike has built and trained a qualified team to help you choose the right machine for your needs.

Nobu Murata serves as the Chief Financial Officer of ELM USA, ensuring that our accounting department operates with precision and efficiency. Eric Kerbs, our accounting manager, plays a vital role in maintaining accuracy within the department, guaranteeing that your purchasing experience is both seamless and effortless.

 

ELM USA boasts a comprehensive service and technical support department, led by Jeff Kao. Our skilled technicians — Mathew, Badral, and Don — receive training from the very engineers who designed the equipment you use.
