ELM USA operates out of Buffalo Grove, a suburb of Chicago. Founded by the late Jeff Kao and the late Mike Ruffolo, the company is guided by our parent organizations in Japan.

The Sales team, led by Michael Rozner, is dedicated to assisting ELM-ECO customers. Mike has built and trained a qualified team to help you choose the right machine for your needs.

Nobu Murata is the Chief Financial Officer at ELM USA, overseeing the accounting department's operations with accuracy and efficiency. Eric Kerbs, our accounting manager, is essential in upholding precision within the department, ensuring that your purchasing experience is smooth and hassle-free. Reshma Vyas serves as our office manager, keeping everything organized and running smoothly for all of us.

 

ELM USA proudly features a well-rounded service and technical support department, headed by Badral Sukhbaatar. Our talented technicians, Mathew and Don, are trained by the very engineers who created the equipment you rely on. We emphasize prompt service and maintain rates that are both fair and competitive. ELM USA is dedicated to maintaining a well-stocked warehouse that includes machines, supplies, and parts. Our shipping manager, Brandon, works hard to ensure that parts and supply orders are shipped within 48 hours, or even sooner, provided they are placed before the designated cut-off time.
